Susan Ferrier joins ATRIA with an extensive amount of real estate experience, having worked for several large agencies for over 20 years, as well as holding senior positions in sales and marketing within the 5 star hotel industry.
Susan’s expertise and passion is in effective and targeted marketing strategies, promotions and database management. Her ability to ensure sales campaigns reach a broad and targeted audience ensures that our vendors’ properties are seen by the largest number of buyers actively looking for properties across Melbourne. Susan is an expert at creating excitement and interest through the various mediums we use to market our properties and keeps our buyers informed and actively engaged with very new listing we add. With her many years of experience, Susan understands that every vendor has a different reason for selling their homes and every property requires a specific approach to find the right buyer.
