“I’ve now had the privilege to work with Simone on two occasions, firstly she sold me my current house and secondly she recently sold my parents’ house on behalf of our family. If you need to buy or sell a property in the Brighton or Bayside area the most valuable advice I can give is to contact Simone Chin and do whatever is in your power and whatever it takes to secure her services to assist with the process. You can then relax, as far as is possible, knowing that you have the best agent ( and agency ) looking out for your interests. Simone is incredibly astute, commercially savvy and excellent at managing both vendor and purchaser expectations. On top of that she’s simply a pleasure to deal with, and believe it or not for the industry she’s in ( in case you’re a cynic ) , just a lovely person. There’s no need to worry about being kept informed, her communication skills are excellent, timely and relevant and she’s always been incredibly accessible should you have questions throughout the process. Our experience? Fabulous The day itself? Magnificent, the team and support staff all fantastic. The result? Beyond anything we could have hoped for. The reason? Simone Would I use her again?
