“I contacted Simone with a view to her assisting us in selling my brother’s and my mother’s house. She was on time, friendly but professional and very down to earth. She was honest with the property and very prompt with getting her appraisal and all the information we required to put the house on the market, along with quite a few house comparisons similar to our mother’s.
