Celebrating Three Remarkable Years at Atria Real Estate

Three years ago, I embarked on a thrilling journey with Atria Real Estate, fuelled by a profound belief that real estate can deliver exceptional client experiences while also making a significant contribution to the community. As I celebrate this milestone, I reflect on the vibrant tapestry of experiences, the lessons learned, and the invaluable relationships formed along the way.

“Reflecting on three years at Atria Real Estate, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to transform houses into homes and investment dreams into realities. This journey has been about more than just property – it’s about community, lasting relationships, and creating value that extends beyond the buildings we sell.”

The initial steps in establishing my own real estate business were ambitious, especially as Melbourne was emerging from the key COVID lockdowns, and the long-term impacts on lifestyle and the economy were still uncertain.

My first step was networking. I set out to cultivate a robust network, joining various groups to build relationships. I remain part of the BNI network, and these connections have not only taught me how to build and run a successful business but many have also become clients.

I’m Proud of Our Achievements

Our journey at Atria Real Estate has been marked by many milestones contributing to our growth and success:

  • First Sale at Atria: Of course, a landmark moment was our first sale. It went beyond a mere transaction – it was a celebration of trust in myself and our team.
  • Growing Our Client Network: Expanding our client base from families to eager first-time buyers, those wanting to downsize, to savvy investors, and international buyers has been a rewarding experience. Getting to know their needs and ensuring we meet them has been particularly fulfilling.
  • Community Engagement: In starting Atria, I wanted to give back and be part of the community. Our engagement extends beyond our well-known sausage sizzles; we’re proud of our ties and commitments, including:
    • Partnership with Girls from Oz, where we donate a percentage of our profits to support young Indigenous women in connecting with arts and culture.
    • Sponsorship of Firbank School Rowing.
    • Providing auctioneering services at several community auctions.

We Are So Thankful for Your Support

This celebration is a heartfelt tribute to the many who have supported our journey and truly made it possible:

  • Thank You to the Atria Team: Atria is successful because of our team. I’m so thankful to Susan, Russ, and Oliver for their dedication, and support of Atria, and also our clients, not to mention their collaborative spirit.
  • Thanks to Our Clients: For their trust and for choosing Atria to support their real estate journey.
  • Thanks to Our Supportive Network: Our partners and suppliers have been relentless in their support and belief in our talents.

Marking three years at Atria Real Estate is a celebration of growth, community, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Thank you for your help and support over the last three years. Here’s to working together to continue forging paths, building dreams, and shaping the future of real estate with Atria.
